Our guesthouse is located 5 minutes by car from the A31 (exit Gronau) (5,5 km), in Jöbkesweg 5a, in the immediate vicinity of 5 of the 10 largest employers in Gronau.
When approaching us, please note that our house is numbered "Jöbkesweg 5a" and not "Jöbkesweg 5".
Drive from Ochtruper Straße into Jöbkesweg. Here please turn into the first street on the left.
The house is located 50 meters at the end of the street on the right side.
On the opposite side of the road from "Ochtruper Straße" is the 22-hectare new industrial area "An der Eßseite 2" or "Östlich der Eßseite" (New Industrial Park).
The industrial park "Industriegebiet Gronau Ost" as well as the industrial areas "Jöbkesweg", "An der Eßseite" and "Max-Plank-Straße" are located nearby or are our immediate neighbors.
Furthermore, you may be familiar with the companies Propex, Bakerman, Gronauer Fleischwarenfabrik, Altex, Gethke, Airtec, Brocolor, urenco, Gethke Glas, Janus Logistics, Geweko, epro as well as RKW and the training center of Nitto, which are located in the above mentioned industrial areas.
