1. With us you book only fully equipped apartments.
No "beds" or "rooms". With us you don't have to share toilet, shower, kitchen or TV with foreign guests, only the powerful WLAN (fiber optic connection in the house) or the stay in the spacious garden.
Your advantage:
Each apartment offers you a spacious privacy.
Each apartment has its own real apartment entrance door.
Each apartment has its own bathroom with shower.
Each apartment has its own fully equipped kitchen.
Each apartment offers only box spring beds as an overnight accommodation. There is with us no folding sofas or the like as an overnight accommodation.
Each guest should be able to sleep well with us.
And all the equipment is new. Whether box spring beds, fitted kitchen, bathroom, TV with Cromecast connection for e.g. your tablet (DAZN; Youtube etc.) up to the bedside lamp with USB port for the cell phone or the dimmable ceiling lamps (touch technology).
We can see no reason why a fitter should not be allowed to feel at home in his "hostel" when he comes home from work. A little comfort is allowed.
2. With us you book "online".
Your advantage:
You will find out immediately via the online system whether and which apartments are still available at what price in your desired booking period. Payment is made by Paypal or credit card in advance directly after booking. No annoying deposits for the kitchen inventory or the like.
No time-consuming booking requests by phone calls or mails without knowing if you will get a room at all. Answering machine, mailbox, callbacks, mail traffic. All superfluous. With us, the booking process is fully automated and completed for you within minutes.
3. With us, you receive the apartment key via a digital dispenser in the entrance area of the house.
Your advantage:
Even short-term bookings are possible without personal contact. You alone determine the time of the key handover (check-in from 3 pm).
And if something doesn't work out, there is a janitor on site (lives in the house).
