Our prices are dynamic.
The price decreases per guest per night,
- the longer you stay our guest
- the more people use the apartment
- guests who book in advance get a cheaper price than guests who look for accommodation at short notice
- there may be seasonal fluctuations (e.g. in weeks with a public holiday or a bridge day
- overnight stays on weekends are regularly reduced in price
- you will regularly reach the next lowest price level if you book the apartment over the coming weekend
- All prices are fixed prices.
- You can complete the booking immediately online. No annoying phone calls or inquiries of room prices or availabilities
- The accommodation prices of the booking portal are gross prices
- You will receive an invoice from us with VAT shown separately.
The minimum booking period is 2 days.
It is not possible to book a 3-bed apartment for single use.

if you maximize your bed occupancy per apartment
if the booking period is at least one month
if you book at least one month in advance
This way overnight prices of less than 20 EUR net per guest and day are possible. A weekly room service with new towels and new bed linen is already included in this price.
